When the show started, Bill didn’t run on stage, as per usual. They just lifted the curtain, and there was the band, in all their glory. And you think, "Wow, Bill really is tall. Wow, Tom really does have a beautiful smile. Wow, Gustav really is wearing a tank top (lol). Wow, Georg really does look sexy on stage." And at that first moment, it's surreal. It's like, there they are. The Gods that we've put on pedestals for years, now right in front of us, in the flesh. Of course, that shock of belief didn't last long, because before long it went from surreal to altogether unreal.
One of the most distinct things you could notice is Bill and Tom's connection on stage. Of course, everyone knows about this connection, but it's not the same until you actually experience it. Every time Bill approached Tom, it was like watching two puzzle pieces finally fit together. They intensified each other's energy until it was almost tangible. You truly could feel it in the air. They compliment each other in a way that can only be fully understood by witnessing it in person. The moment Bill approached Tom, you could sense the passion in the vibes of the room. And as they began to perform for each other, it sent waves of fierce emotion over the crowd.
Perhaps it was all the dancing which, by the way, is awesome to see in person. Whoever taught that boy to dance, I'd like to meet him or her and shake their hand, as it's so horrendously beautiful of him.
In fact, most of the people in the crowd had spent the entire day bonding in the waiting line. By the time I arrived, I was already the 56th person in line. I could tell that, at first, girls were somewhat hesitant to approach each other. But as soon as Salty began pulling out the raffle prizes, waiting in line turned into a party. Everyone seemed thrilled at the opportunity to win prizes and it got people to interact with one another. Also, someone had brought their boom box and iPod, so TH's music echoed throughout the line all day, with everyone singing along. At the end, soltseig won the grand prize -- the Tom blanket! She hung it down from a banister and lots of people took pictures.
Oh, and let's not forget Tobi! Everyone knows about TH's main security guard, Saki, but does everyone know about Tobi? He was awesome!!! He stood out with the fans for HOURS and hours and hours just chatting to them. I've never met a more personable security guard. I talked to him about how I had traveled from Chicago, and gave him tips on good venues they could play at when they go there, lmao! He was hilarious, too! For a bit, he was holding a video camera, and then jokingly tried to hand it off to Maren. It's hard to remember everything he did and said -- it would be more appropriate to just say that he was, quintessentially, the man.
And not only is the security nice, they’re damn good at their job. At the end of the show, after the final song in the encore, the boys came to the front of the stage to throw water on the crowd. But suddenly, some girl managed to climb onto the stage. It’s unclear who she was actually going for (perhaps Bill?), but she wound up colliding with Tom. And with split-second reflexes, Saki dove forward and tackled the girl, snatching her offstage. Seriously, I’d love to know who that girl was and what could have possibly been going through her mind at that moment. Regardless, Tom was completely unphazed. He just kept throwing his water as though nothing had happened… I wonder if he even had time to realize what happened. It was a quick scuffle, and I hope someone caught it on tape.

Bill is amazing! He is beautiful and criminally sexy and completely unreal. My eyes were on him the whole time. His presence commands attention and once you look, you can't look away. He's a brilliant, unbelievably phenomenal performer! He really did have the crowd wrapped right around his little pinky.
He has filled out and looks incredibly healthy. He is gorgeous and no picture can ever do him proper justice. Even DnD's kick ass photos (*jumps around and waves* ).
The best part was that he looked so happy to be there! My heart swelled with such pride for the band. During the long pause in DDM, he stood there while the fans screamed. He was panting with a huge grin and wide, awe-filled eyes, so the fans screamed louder. The whole band looked honored, pleased, surprised, amazed, and thankful. I wanted to cry for them!

Salty: Ok, I talked to Toby, for an hour, LOL that boy can chat, and he promised to make sure the boys got our forum gift. He couldn't take it back stage as it would have been pointless at that point, but he told us to leave it afterwards and he and Saki would collect it and take it back to the hotel for them. And that is what we did. I saw it in Saki's hands, and I am very pleased. <3
Thank you all so much for participating! The discs were lovely! <3
Gyn: Thanks to everyone who submitted your letters to be given to the boys! Tobi had meg_curls put the gift box with the DVD's on the stage and he and Saki would take them to the boys. She put it on the stage and signaled to Tobi, who nodded, and Carol saw the box in Saki's hands. So we're sure Saki got the gift to the boys safely. We hope they like all your sweet letters. <3Up: From Number 1:
And Bill. Oooooh Bill. I can't say that I have a favorite member of Tokio Hotel because they're all so equally important and talented, and I usually say Saki when I'm asked that question, but I do hold Bill in a special regard in my heart. The guy just a few feet away from me wasn't just Bill, he wasn't just the singer in this band that everyone was going insane for. No, looking into his eyes for the first time in real life, I saw so much more than that. His face, his eyes, they're so expressive. I wasn't just seeing a performer, I was seeing a dream come to life. I saw a boy who, against all odds, made his wildest dreams come true and was now living every second of his life with that dream as his reality. I was seeing his soul burst from deep inside with every note he sang. I knew that every word, no matter the language, he meant with all of his heart. He was, and is, passion incarnate. Every time he smilied, I knew he was truly happy, that WE were making him happy. And for me, as a fan, I couldn't ask for more than that.
more hereТоби просто прелесть.
